STRAIGHT PHOTOGRAPHY | A Berkshire Summer
For the last decade, I have spent almost every weekend of the summer with my family at a house in the Berkshires. This portfolio attempts to capture the joys of a summer amidst lakes and woods. Inspired by Paul Caponigro's New England Days, it sees the landscape not only at eye-level, but also in smaller things: in the reflections of trees in water, in the stones of an old stream, and in the wildflowers and grass that grow along every path.
Part II is a second portfolio on the same subject created in the summer of 2010.
